If you have any concerns, complaints or suggestions, please contact us.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, we will advise you within two business days and a full refund will be provided.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Where an event registration is cancelled prior to the event closing date, PESA will provide a full refund.
No refunds will be given for Cancellations after the event closing date or for No-Shows at the event, except under special circumstances and at the sole discretion of PESA.
An organisation or individual may send an alternative delegate if registration has been paid and the registered person is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you must advise us of the change prior to the event.
Where a scheduled event is cancelled or rescheduled by PESA, PESA will provide a full refund.
PESA uses Australia Post Regular Mail on all local orders.

At this stage, no physical merchandise, books or CDs are available to order through the website, but if and when they are, shipping charges shall be clearly stated.
No shipping fees currently apply for member services (which include the PESA News magazine, which is posted out on a bi-monthly basis to all members of PESA), or for event registrations.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY
At this stage, no physical merchandise, books or CDs are available to order through the website, but when they are, a return policy shall be clearly defined and available on the website.
Payments can be accepted through this site for:
Membership fees (renewals and new memberships. See the membership form for prices), and
Event Registrations (including technical luncheons and short courses)
All transactions through this website will be processed in Australian dollars (AUD).
All payments on this website are processed by Westpac, using PayWay Net.
PESA does not handle, collect, or store any of the financial or credit card details of persons making payments through the website and hence takes no responsibility for the security of that information. Security of that information is the sole responsibility of Westpac.
Credit card details are entrered directly on a Westpac hosted site using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), using 128 bit encryption, and are not seen or retained by PESA.
