SA Indulge In Wine And Cheese
PESA SA held a Wine and Cheese Indulgence Evening at the South Australian Museum on Friday September 5th. About 50 PESA members and partners enjoyed sampling a wide range of Australian cheeses and some high quality Grand Cru Estate wine from the South Australian Eden Valley.

Kim Richards from Mitcham Gourmet supplied the cheeses and gave a description of each after giving a short presentation about Australian cheeses in general. Peter Seppelt also talked briefly about the history of Grand Cru Estate Winery and each of the wines available for tasting on the night.

The SA Museum's Baleen Café provided a wonderful environment for such indulgence—being adjacent to the impressive display of whale skeletons found on South Australia's beaches since the early 1900s. The collection includes the Southern Right Whale familiar to SA's whale watchers, as well as several toothed whale varieties and the jaw of a fully grown Blue Whale.

There were many great door prizes and everyone had a good time. PESA SA thanks Geoservices Overseas SA for sponsoring this successful event.
