Lessons Learnt
On the basis of 27 years working in the private sector and 30 months
experience in government, I conclude that there are three key actions
which give organisations leverage and respect, and these are: (1)
building trust, (2) reducing uncertainties by priority and, of course,
(3) having fun. These actions perpetuate organisational health,
wealth, happiness and influence. Go for it with vigour you
will enjoy the journey and rewards.
