Instruction to Authors
EABS III authors are asked to use the Authors Guidelines for preparation of full-papers, extended abstracts and abstracts. Authors should follow these guidelines when submitting their FINAL manuscripts for publication. As time allows, authors are also encouraged to use these guidelines when submitting their DRAFT manuscripts for review. Each author will be emailed an FTP address and Folder ID, along with instructions on how to lodge their manuscript on-line. An Author’s Checklist will also be sent. Further details on submission are available in the Authors Guidelines. To facilitate the reviewing of papers, authors are encouraged to nominate one or more possible referees for their papers. Please include the contact details for your nominated referees when submitting manuscripts.
The following deadlines apply for submission of DRAFT and FINAL manuscripts:
Full Technical Paper - Peer Reviewed
- Main Text: 6500 word limit (excluding abstract, figure captions, acknowledgments, references and tables)
- Abstract: 300 word limit
- Deadline for Submission of DRAFT Manuscript for Review - 17 March 2008
- Deadline for Submission of FINAL Manuscript for Publication - 19 May 2008
Extended Abstract - Peer Reviewed
- Main Text: 2000 word limit (excluding figure captions, acknowledgment, references and tables)
- No Abstract is required
- Deadline for Submission of DRAFT Manuscript for Review - 31 March 2008
- Deadline for Submission of FINAL Manuscript for Publication - 5 May 2008
Abstract Only (Poster Papers) - Peer Reviewed
- Abstract 500 word limit
- No figures or references to be included
- Deadline for Submission of DRAFT Abstract for Review - 14 April 2008
- Deadline for Submission of FINAL Abstract for Publication - 12 May 2008
